Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds for lost or damaged items — replacements only.
